APPLICATION in rooms and underground workings classified as “a”, “b”, “c” of methane explosion hazard and “A” or “B” class of coal dust explosion hazard.

RANGE DN 75 mm – DN 400 mm (pressure PN 6 – PN 40)

Flanged PE-NP-AS PE-NP-AS multilayer, flanged polyethylene pipes are made by co-extrusion, fulfilling specific functions with appropriate functional properties (flame-retardant, antistatic and non-toxic), finished with a flange connection made in the production plant.

Flanged, flanged, multilayer, polyethylene PE-NP-AS PE-GM armored pipes are made by co-extrusion, fulfilling specific functions with appropriate functional properties (flame-retardant, antistatic and non-toxic), finished with a flange connection made in a production plant.

APPLICATION

The pipelines are intended for the construction of installations:

  • methane,
  • fire protection
  • compressed air,
  • drainage,
  • inert gases,
  • hydrotransport, filling, technological,
  • air conditioning
  • transporting non-flammable liquids, aqueous suspensions.

PIPE JOINING METHODS:

  • flange connections (PE sleeve and loose steel flange),
  • PE / steel transition,

UWAGA

Jako jedyny producent rur polietylenowych produkujemy również kształtki segmentowe np. kolana, łuki formowane, trójniki, redukcje, umożliwiające wykonanie całej instalacji z jednorodnego materiału. Na indywidualne życzenie klienta możliwe jest wykonanie odcinków o innej długości. Standard: L=6m.

ADVANTAGES

  • Crimping resistance of the pipe (which is not available in GRP, PVC, PE pipes with steel wire),
  • high flexibility, the possibility of pipeline correction without the need to use elbows or wedges while maintaining specific bending radii,
  • lighter than steel pipelines, easier transport,
  • high abrasion resistance,
  • low coefficient of absolute internal roughness – 20% reduction in flow losses,
  • complete absence of corrosion of polyethylene pipes,
  • significantly reducing the phenomenon of internal fouling,
  • resistance to impact and brittle cracks,
  • odorless – odorless (they do not emit odors like e.g. resins),
  • possibility of multiple use of all elements,
  • Can be connected to other installed pipelines with Victaulic flange or groove belts.
