Cable chambers/containers

The containers are made of polyethylene and are an excellent alternative to their counterparts made in a traditional way, e.g. of concrete.

Containers- composition and application

The containers consist of a body, a polyethylene cover and a gasket under the cover. The material used makes the cable trays an accurate proposition, giving the possibility to choose, already at the design stage of modern fiber optic lines.

1. Characteristics of the technology

The heavy technology used so far has been replaced by sophisticated polyethylene. The functionality of the set remained unchanged, the container holds a sufficient amount of the concentrate made of glass fibers, but thanks to the use of modern polymer, assembly and servicing require less resources. The diameter of the bunker chamber ensures a gentle deflection of the cable without exposing it to internal damage.

2. Product characteristics

The polyethylene used guarantees tightness. Its resistance to low temperature and the lack of sunlight exposure multiplies its durability. If we add to this high resistance to bases, acids and salts, we get the image of an ideal material. It is worth emphasizing that the product is fully recyclable.

3. Application characteristics

The material used and its light weight allow for efficient assembly without the use of heavy equipment. Extending the existing network is hassle free; each element can be easily replaced with another or it is possible to quickly add the necessary pieces of equipment.
